Vehicle insurance claims and quality parts replacement on Wed Jun 17 2009, 07:29
Recently, my vehicle's windshield was destroyed by a huge flying metal object. I called the insurance, the claim company informed me who I could use, I had to pay out-of-pocket and the replacement window was not the [Honda] original manufactured window.
I was given a second-rate window and the optics are screwy, literally. It looks like you're looking through a soda bottle and this distortion is below standard.
Why can't the insurance company pay for a quality replacement instead of cheating me out of the good money I earn and pay them for the insurance on my car!
Thank you for reading this long rant and the latter sentence, which is a run-on one.
